  REFFRAME respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that REFFRAME may disclose your personal information to third parties as necessary to provide the functions and services offered on the Platform ("Services"), or to comply with local laws.

  REFFRAME will not share or transfer any User's personal details to a third party without the User's explicit consent, unless such disclosure is required by applicable law.

  REFFRAME collects personal identifying information provided by Users, such as full name, address, and email address, as well as other information submitted during registration on the Platform or through communications with REFFRAME. This information is used to deliver support and Services to Users, enhance and improve Services, develop additional features, and, with User consent, send promotional materials.

  REFFRAME may share User personal data with partners located in the USA, including service providers involved in software development, data management, surveys, and marketing. Such sharing is limited to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for REFFRAME. The Platform’s database is hosted on an AWS server in the USA.

  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User consents to REFFRAME transferring the User's information to REFFRAME's credit card charging service provider as required by law and whenever necessary. This includes the User's full name, ID number (if provided), and address, for the purposes of complying with legal obligations related to the prevention of money laundering, including identity verification and billing. This transfer may occur at the request of REFFRAME's credit card service provider or be initiated proactively by REFFRAME.

  REFFRAME is also authorized to transfer information outside the State of Israel in compliance with Israeli law, specifically the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Outside the State's Borders), 2001. This may include transfers to service providers that support REFFRAME with computer servers, billing, and bookkeeping services.

  When a User accesses the Platform, certain details are automatically and anonymously collected from the device used (mobile, computer, etc.). This includes the IP address, date and time of access, type and version of the operating system, and location. This data is stored by the Platform and may be utilized by REFFRAME to prevent hacking attempts and analyze User activities to enhance the overall User experience on the Platform.

  Use of a User's personal details by REFFRAME will be limited to necessary instances arising from the use of the Platform, compliance with applicable laws, or if there is a suspicion that a User is maliciously harming the Platform.

  REFFRAME is entitled to send advertising, marketing materials, newsletters, and similar communications to Users who have explicitly consented to receive such information. A User may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by notifying REFFRAME in writing, or through the same method these materials were originally sent. Upon such notification, REFFRAME will promptly remove the User from its distribution list.

  In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Law"), Users are entitled to access personal information held about them in REFFRAME’s database (as defined under the Privacy Law) or by a third party managing the database on behalf of REFFRAME. Should any of this information be incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, Users have the right to request corrections. To make such requests, Users can contact REFFRAME via the 'Contact' page on the Platform, or use the contact details provided on the Platform or in the Terms of Use.

  Like many platforms, our Platform utilizes cookies – small text files stored on a User's computer hard drive. These cookies enable the Platform and third parties to recognize the User, analyze online activity, enhance browsing experiences, tailor the Platform to personal preferences, ensure information security, and gather statistical data.

  Additionally, cookies facilitate third-party vendors, such as Google, in displaying promotional material to the User on other platforms and websites across the internet.

  REFFRAME uses analytical tools, including Google Analytics, to analyze User interactions with the Platform. The data collected by these tools, which may include the User's IP address and the pages visited, can be stored on the servers of the entities providing the analytics services. Cookies may vary in their duration; some are deleted immediately when a User exits the Platform, while others may remain on the User's computer to facilitate future interactions.
